THE ROLE
We are hiring a Brand and Content Strategy Lead to own brand strategy, content direction, and client leadership across our client portfolio.
This role sits at the center of everything we do. You will guide how brands show up, how content is planned, and how clients experience Set.
You will lead strategy, shape messaging, and work closely with our creative and production teams to ensure everything we produce is intentional, aligned, and effective.
You will not be responsible for daily posting or execution. You will guide the work, not carry it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Brand Strategy
• Lead brand strategy for branding clients
• Define positioning, audience, and messaging frameworks
• Develop brand voice and storytelling direction
• Partner with designers to bring brand strategy to life
Content and Social Strategy
• Build and oversee social and content strategies across clients
• Define content pillars and campaign direction
• Set campaign cadence and content flow
• Map content plans to business goals
• Review performance and guide strategic adjustments
• Review and refine content calendars before client delivery
Client Leadership
• Act as the primary strategic point of contact for clients
• Lead calls, presentations, and ongoing communication
• Translate feedback into clear direction for the team
• Build strong, trusted client relationships
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts
Team Leadership
• Guide and support a Content and Marketing Coordinator
• Provide clear direction and feedback
• Keep teams aligned across strategy, creative, and production
Project Oversight
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and project flow
• Coordinate with creatives, contractors, and internal team members
• Ensure all work meets Set’s standard before reaching clients
WHAT YOU WON’T DO
• Daily posting or scheduling
• Graphic design or video editing
• Full ownership of execution tasks
• Administrative coordination
You will guide the work. You will not be buried in it.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 5 to 8 years of experience in brand strategy, content strategy, or social strategy
• Experience working with consumer brands, ideally CPG
• Strong understanding of how brand, content, and social connect
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong instincts for messaging and storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
• Comfortable working closely with creative and production teams

Compensation for this role is dependent on experience (DOE) and qualifications. In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected base salary range for this position is $85,000 to 105,000 annually. Final offer will be based on relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and the scope of responsibilities.
